By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the u444 platform at u444.io (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and u444 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Each player is permitted to hold only one single account on u444. 4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on u444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. u444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility. u444 does not apply a currency conversion charge to domestic BDT transactions.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your u444 account, or to a payment method verified in your name by u444's compliance team. u444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Pending bonuses may restrict withdrawal eligibility until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

All bets and wagers placed on u444 — including cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot rounds, virtual sports, and all other gaming products — are subject to the specific game or event rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific product rule, the specific product rule shall take precedence for that product only.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when u444's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled once confirmed. u444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was erroneously listed, or where odds were published due to a technical error.

5.2 Maximum Winnings

u444 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by product and are displayed in the relevant betting or gaming interface. u444 reserves the right to reduce bet limits or apply individual account betting limits at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided by u444 in circumstances including, but not limited to: abandonment or postponement of the relevant event beyond the applicable rescheduling period; manifest error in odds or game configuration; evidence of match-fixing or integrity concerns; and technical malfunctions that materially affect the outcome of a game round.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of u444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if u444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. u444 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

u444 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account with u444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
